A dream hatched for so long. What at first seemed like a distant mirage in an oasis of chaos has finally taken real shape.

From today, The World C abandons the dress that has long started to keep up tight to be born in a new form of blogzine, gradually becoming a real webmagazine. Like the phoenix, reborn from the ashes of what was to shine with new life.

From the day we changed the layout of The World C, me and my team we knew it would be only a temporary phase that would enable us to work even on ourselves to improve even more, as the final project for each person that is in front and behind the World C is to see it transformed into an online magazine. When it all began years ago the idea of being able to give birth to something different from a blog was, for me, an utopia but after dealing with a process and fundamental life experiences I have drastically changed my mind and I reflected on the fact that if you bring love, passion, dedication and unconditional trust you can get everything you want.

In these years, through The World C, I could do many experiences, both positive and negative, both small and large, from which I could always draw an important lesson, nothing is ever wasted and everything is always served. I also got to know many people, some of them not serious and other very respectful. I could feel what it means to really love what you do, your work and I have also warned those who take everything as a game, debasing other people’s work and putting in a bad light to other people. In these years I have grown, especially spiritually and mentally, and so I consciously chose to put my experiences also in your hands, through articles in which I will tell you in my own way my thoughts, the things that happened and what I feel. Sometimes the word can help a lot, especially those who find themselves in the same situation and can not find it a head or a tail. The World C, as well as talk about my greatest passion, fashion, also wants to take you by the hand and take you for a walk in the World Of C, you discover what she love (in the category C. Loves) and as she likes, her thoughts and all the feelings she feels. All in the manner of C, however, which means that sometimes I’ll show you in words seasoned with personal images because let us never forget that life is not to be taken too seriously, and that even talking about serious things you should never forget the joy and positivity .

To Federica, for making materially The World C and what is in it, for having infused her knowledge and not have it treated as “just work.” She put tips, ideas and passion and let me bothered her with my questions and requests. For all these reasons I shall be forever grateful and indebted to several dinners at Villa Crespi 🙂

To Anna, the most beautiful discovery of 2014. I’ll never stop to thank her for her valuable advices and for her original and brilliant ideas. Anna is the only one collaborator at the moment, who will write for The World C … From Hawaii! And yes, because Anna lives in Hawaii and from there will tell us how you really live in this place that, in the popular imagination, is the earthly paradise. She will talk about fashion, customs, costumes and everything that revolves around this place in the category named Hawaii calls Italy.

To Isabò, my photographer and personal assistant. The other half of The World C, who makes it grow and care as a child, sometimes spoiling it a bit too much 🙂

Always believe in your dreams and to the fact that, committing, will become reality. Never give up in front of any difficulties because the final resolution is hidden just behind the difficulties that made you desist.

Un sogno covato da tempo. Quello che dapprima sembrava solo un lontano miraggio in un oasi di chaos e marasma ha finalmente preso forma reale.

Da oggi, The World C abbandona l’abito che da tempo iniziava a stargli stretto per nascere a nuova forma transitoria di blogzine, per diventare gradatamente un vero e proprio webmagazine. Come l’Araba Fenice, rinasciamo dalle ceneri di ciò che è stato per risplendere di nuova linfa vitale.

Dal giorno in cui abbiamo cambiato il layout di The World C, io e il mio prezioso team sapevamo benissimo che sarebbe stata solo una fase provvisoria che doveva permetterci di lavorare ancora su noi stessi per migliorarci ancora di più, in quanto il progetto finale di ogni persona che sta davanti e dietro The World C è di vederlo trasformato in un giornale online. Quando tutto ha avuto inizio anni fa l’idea di poter plasmare un qualcosa di diverso da un blog era, per me, un’ utopia ma dopo aver affrontato un processo e delle esperienze di vita fondamentali ho drasticamente cambiato opinione e ho riflettuto sul fatto che se si mettono amore, passione, dedizione e fiducia incondizionata si può ottenere tutto ciò che si vuole.

Credendo vides.

In questi anni, tramite The World C, ho potuto fare numerose esperienze, sia positive che negative sia piccole che grandi, da cui ho sempre potuto trarre una lezione importante, nulla è mai andato sprecato e tutto è sempre servito. Ho anche potuto conoscere numerose persone, talune poco serie e altre invece molto rispettose. Ho potuto sentire sotto pelle cosa significa amare davvero ciò che si fa, il proprio lavoro e ho anche avvertito chi prende tutto come un gioco, svilendo l’altrui operato e mettendo in cattiva luce le altre persone. In questi anni sono cresciuta, soprattutto spiritualmente e mentalmente, e perciò ho scelto consciamente di mettere le mie esperienze anche nelle vostre mani, tramite articoli in cui vi racconto a modo mio i miei pensieri, le cose accadute e quello che provo. A volte la parola può aiutare molto, soprattutto chi si trova nella medesima situazione e non riesce a trovare ne un capo ne una coda. The World C, oltre a parlarvi della mia più grande passione, ovvero la moda, vuole anche prendervi per mano e portarvi a fare una passeggiata nel Mondo Di C, farvi scoprire cosa ama ( nella rubrica C. Loves ) e come ama, i suoi pensieri e tutti gli affetti che prova. Il tutto alla maniera di C però, che significa che talvolta ve lo mostrerà a parole condite da immagini personali perché non dimentichiamoci mai che la vita non va presa troppo sul serio e che anche parlando di cose serie non bisogna mai scordarsi della gioia e della positività.

A Federica, per aver reso materialmente The World C ciò che è e per aver infuso in esso il suo sapere e non averlo mai trattato come un “semplice lavoro”. Ha messo consigli, idee e passione e ha lasciato che la “sfinissi” con le mie domande e richieste. Per tutte queste motivazioni le sarò sempre grata e debitrice di svariate cene a Villa Crespi 🙂

Ad Anna, la più bella scoperta del trascorso 2014. Non finirò mai di ringraziarla per i suoi preziosi consigli e per le sue idee geniali e originali. Anna è l’unica, al momento, collaboratrice che scriverà per The World C… Dalle Hawaii! E sì, perché Anna vive alle Hawaii e da lì ci racconterà come è davvero vivere in quello che, nell’immaginario comune, è il paradiso terrestre. Ci parlerà di moda, usanze, costumi e tutto ciò che ruota intorno a questo posto nella rubrica Hawaii calls Italy.
