Paris, Paris. You always a such bright and good idea in every moment of the year. During Haute Couture fashion week, Men’s fashion week and Ready To Wear fashion week, the Ville Lumière is at its maximum shine and the air if full of magic and trend.
Being there is always a complete energetic and inspiring experience. Men’s and Haute Couture are more relaxed than Ready To Wear but, in every of them, it’s fantastic and grateful to be in Paris to enjoy shows and meet friends that all over the year live somewhere so far. I never miss to have a few free time while there to discover new places or simply to be sitting in Place des Vosges or eating an Eclaires in the sun.
Paris is almost my second home so I think it was time to share with you a little guide of my favourite to city about the most beautiful spots!

Le Petit Zinc in 11 Rue Saint-Benoît ( +33 1 42 86 61 00 ) is famous for its Art Nouveau decor and specialities, such as the renowned line-caught bass in clay crust. My favourite dishes ( don’t miss them!) are the smoked Scottish salmon, toasted Poilâne bread and thick cream with dill and the Baked Label Rouge Scottish salmon steak, grapefruit vinaigrette, vegetable medley.
L’ Epicure in 112 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré ( +33 1 53 43 43 40 ) is, by many food guides, the number 1 restaurant in the whole town. Here Eric Frechon has created a temple of gastronomy matching unusual ingredients in order to creat a praise to difference. Favourite dishes here are the MONARCH CELERIAC ( cooked with coarse salt, grated beaufort cheese and black truffle from Vaucluse, whipped butter with truffle juice) and LINE-CAUGHT WHITING FISH FROM SAINT-GILLES CROIX-DE-VIE ( a crust of bread with almonds, “New-Zealand” spinach and olive oil flavoured with curry and péquillos pepper )
Be sure, to have the typical Soup d’Onion everywhere you go! Especially when it’s so cold outside.
Les Deux Magots in 6 Place Saint-Germain des Prés ( +33 1 45 48 55 25 ) is a cafe-restaurant. It was founded in 1812 at 23 Rue de Buci, it was transferred to Place St-Germain-des-Prés to expand in 1873, is one of the oldest cafés that attracts personalities from the world of the arts, literature, fashion and politics

If you are in Paris for business, the best choice is to book a professional driver for your own. I always use Blacklane in order to avoid any problem and move with dexterity and ease. Blacklane offers a service of professional drivers by connecting thousands of passengers each day with an extensive network of licensed and insured drivers. Blacklane services include transfer from the airport to the city and vice versa, a limousine service from the airport or in the city or even a fantastic chauffeur service.
