A long day at work, a race between one meeting and another, a draft to review and then another and another one again and a very important project, which I can not reveal anything yet, that absorbs so much time and energy, but we are taking care of and pulling up as a child.

And when the day comes to an end, after a hot bath and a Mario Biondi CD, I feel the need to carve out a moment just for me, to clear my mind and distract it carefree. And that’s why my best friend becomes my Nintendo 3DS XL with the game Tomodachi Life!

Nintendo 3DS XL is a portable support, easy to carry in a handbag, with a screen 90% larger than those of the Nintendo 3DS or Nintendo 2DS. With a long battery life that allows you to play for hours in a row, from 3.5 to 6.5 hours, the Nintendo 3DS XL lets you play in 3D, without the need for glasses, and the level of three-dimensionality is chosen by the player, always with the ability to switch to 2D mode using the 3D depth slider. Not only games consoles, in fact, the console becomes a camera to capture the most important moments thanks to three built-in cameras that can capture both photos and video in 3D. For fans of video games the 3DS XL, in addition to the more traditional and common controls on the touch screen and 3D graphics on the top screen, has rotation and motion sensor and a function that allows to enter a dimension of play totally new that enters directly into the game.

Tomodachi Life is one of the flagship games (and the most fun!) for Nintendo, undoubtedly extravagant and you fall in love with at first game. Simulator of life that can make the player a character and their family members too through the creation of MII, our alter-ego. Thanks to the camera, just take a picture of your own person and MII is created in your own image and likeness. If not, just enter the section CREATE MII and give the appearance that you like! After creating your character you’re ready for a new life on a paradise island and you can decide who will live with you! In fact you can create Mii characters for your family or friends and get them to move there with you creating your own world. One of the most hilarious feature that I like most is that the MII … speak and converse with you! They have their own voice and a well-defined personality, which will allow him to interact with the other inhabitants of the island, maybe falling in love or fighting. With your MII you can play mini-games and even make them gifts to make them happy, for example I just got a dog, some design pieces for her apartment and glamorous clothes to mine.

My sweet MII has just engaged but before taking any decision she asked myself an advice, and is the most beautiful feature of Tomodachi Life because it can actually transported to the real in the unreal, loving your MII as if is your own baby or friend. Without a doubt I would recommend it as a gift in view of the upcoming holiday Christmas season to spend some carefree time in a fantasy world.

Una lunga giornata di lavoro, una corsa tra un meeting e l’altro, una bozza da revisionare e poi un’altra e un’altra ancora e un progetto molto importante, di cui non posso ancora svelare nulla, che ci assorbe tanto tempo ed energie ma che stiamo curando e tirando su come un bambino.

E proprio quando il giorno volge al termine, dopo un bagno caldo e un cd di Mario Biondi, sento il bisogno di ritagliarmi un momento solo per me, per svuotare la mente e svagarmi senza pensieri. Ed ecco perchè il mio migliore alleato diventa la mia console Nintendo 3DS XL con il gioco Tomodachi Life!

Nintendo 3DS XL è un dispositivo portatile, facilmente trasportabile anche nella borsa, con uno schermo del 90% più grande rispetto a quelli delle console Nintendo 3DS o Nintendo 2DS. Con una batteria di lunga durata che permette di giocare per svariate ore di fila, dalle 3.5 alle 6.5 ore circa, Nintendo 3DS XL permette di giocare in 3D, senza bisogno degli occhialini, e il livello di tridimensionalità lo decidi il giocatore, avendo sempre la possibilità di passare alla modalità 2D usando il regolatore di profondità 3D. Non solo console per giochi, infatti la console diventa macchina fotografica per catturare i momenti più importanti grazie alle tre fotocamere integrate che possono acquisire sia foto che video in 3D. Per i fanatici dei videogiochi la 3DS XL, oltre ai più classici e comuni controlli su touch screen e alla grafica in 3D sullo schermo superiore, ha dei sensori di rotazione e di movimento e una funzionalità Realtà Aumentata, permettono di entrare in una dimensione di gioco totalmente nuova che fa entrare direttamente dentro il videogame.

Tomodachi Life è uno dei giochi di punta ( e tra i più divertenti! ) di casa Nintendo, indubbiamente stravagante e di cui ci si innamora a prima partita. Simulatore di vita in grado di rendere protagonista il giocatore e i propri familiari grazie alla creazioni dei MII, che altri non sono che i nostri alter-ego. Grazie alla fotocamera è sufficiente scattare una foto alla propria persona e il nostro MII viene creato a nostra immagine e somiglianza. Altrimenti è sufficiente entrare nella sezione CREA MII e dargli l’aspetto che più ci piace! Dopo aver creato il vostro personaggio siete pronti a una nuova vita su un’isola paradisiaca decidendo coloro che potranno vivere con voi! Potrete infatti creare i personaggi Mii dei vostri familiari o amici e farli trasferire lì con voi dando vita al vostro mondo personale. Una delle cose più esilaranti e che più mi piacciono è che i MII… parlano e conversano con te! Hanno infatti una voce propria e una personalità ben definita, che gli permetterà di interagire con gli altri abitanti dell’isola, magari innamorandosi o litigando. Con il proprio MII si può giocare a minigiochi e fargli addirittura dei regali per renderli felici, alla mia per esempio ho appena regalato un cane, alcuni pezzi di design per il suo appartamento e dei vestiti glamour.

La mia dolce MII si è appena fidanzata ma prima di prendere qualsiasi decisione mi ha chiesto consiglio, ed è una caratteristica tra le più belle di Tomodachi Life perchè riesce realmente a trasportata il reale nel irreale, lasciandoci affezionare a MII come se fossero una propria creature o amica. Senza dubbio ve lo consiglio come regalo viste le imminenti festività natalizie per passare del tempo spensierato in un mondo fantastico.
